● The system for a complete stress-free renovation project is based on 3 clear steps that must always be followed in the same order. Each step has several intermediate stages that are constantly interconnected. Good management by an integrator is necessary for any successful project.

After we sign the collaboration contract along with the relevant annexes, we proceed to the first step: identifying the client's specific needs - the BRIEF (specifications document).
It is our duty to ask the right questions to obtain a document that is as complete and detailed as possible.

Once there is clarity and all project details are noted in the brief, we move to the next stage and measure all the spaces covered by the contract.
It is worth photographing the entire space to capture all the details necessary for outlining the concept as realistically as possible.
We always print the current plan on A3 paper. Then, we transfer all the necessary information onto the paper according to our objectives (using a graphic tablet).
The information we track includes the positions of outlets, switches, power boxes, cold/hot water supplies, drains, ceiling power supplies, window dimensions, door opening dimensions, and any other information we need. We do not limit ourselves to what I have listed above as each situation is different.
P.S. We have had cases where we measured significant deviations in masonry walls (about 3-5 cm over 4 meters of wall).
We always work in a vector program (e.g., ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.), ensuring much greater precision and no graphic limitations.
